Kenvue is seeking a Product Development Scientist to formulate new baby care products aligned with brand strategy. You will lead Design of Experiments, conduct stability analyses, and provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle.

You will work cross‑functionally with manufacturing and marketing, define critical process parameters, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Hybrid work in Summit, NJ is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or Pharmacy with pharmaceutical or consumer experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of related experience OR Master’s with 1–2 years of related experience.

• Conduct Design of Experiments and stability analyses.
