Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or related science.
- 5+ years of professional Physical Analytical Chemistry experience.
- Experience with Life Science, Agricultural and/or environmental sample preparation and handling.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write scientific documents including application notes, technical notes, scientific posters.
- Ability to perform customer-facing demonstrations (live/remote).
- Ability to develop marketing content to support sales.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Install and operate sample prep equipment in Charleston lab.
- Demo equipment to customers and evaluate units before/after shipment.
- Provide live or remote applicative support and troubleshoot service issues.
- Develop marketing content: notes, technical docs, videos, posters.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering and Chemistry teams on new instruments and reports.
