Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in high-throughput antibody discovery and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.

• Manages multiple antibody discovery projects in a cross-functional team.
• Analyzes primary screening data and selects antibodies with desired properties.
• Presents results to team members, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership.
