Qualifications

• PhD with 0–3 years postdoctoral experience, or BS/MS with 4–8 years in Immunology, Cell Biology, or Molecular Biology.
• Hands-on experience in cell culture, flow cytometry, and antibody staining.
• Experience with molecular biology techniques such as PCR and cloning.
• Ability to independently design, conduct, and analyze multicolor flow cytometry experiments.

Responsibilities

• Apply mammalian expression technologies to generate regulatory-compliant stable cell lines.
• Perform aseptic cell culture, handling, and transfection of cell lines.
• Conduct flow cytometry assays and operate Hamilton liquid handlers to analyze stable cell lines.
• Perform molecular biology and protein biochemistry techniques (PCR, cloning, SDS-PAGE, Western blot).
• Interact with cross-functional teams and present data at meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments and data analyses.
