You will design studies informing synthesis, formulation, and manufacturing processes, and implement GMP-approved analytics for release and shelf-life testing.

The role requires leadership, collaboration, and the ability to author regulatory documents and respond to agencies. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in chemistry/pharmaceutical sciences or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical analytical development with GMP exposure.
• Strong publications demonstrating research ability.

Responsabilités

• Drive analytical development solutions for small molecules, peptides, oligonucleotides.
• Design studies to understand synthesis, formulations, and processes.
• Develop analytical methods for GMP release and shelf-life testing.
• Lead drug development and technology teams in analytical methods.
• Author regulatory submission documents and respond to agency questions.
• Document work meticulously and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Present results to project teams and external forums.
• Engage with external scientific communities; travel 5-10%.
