Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience building and deploying large-scale AI systems.
• Deep expertise in large language models and agentic AI.
• Experience turning research ideas into production customer-facing systems.
• Experience with multi-step reasoning, long-running execution, and proactive behavior.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives from scientific framing to deployment.
• Demonstrated leadership via publications, patents, or open-source contributions.

Responsibilities

• Define the science direction for advanced reasoning and long-running agent systems.
• Partner with scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, product leaders, and executives to define the science roadmap.
• Translate advances in agentic AI into reliable, differentiated customer experiences.
• Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks for agentic systems.
• Influence stakeholders with clear communications of insights, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations.
• Stay at the forefront of research in agentic AI and foundation models.
