Repligen Corporation in Lebanon, NH is seeking a Senior Scientist to lead design and optimization of next-generation affinity purification technologies. The role requires 5+ years in downstream processing and chromatography method development, with strong data interpretation and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on downstream processing and protein purification experience (incl. FPLC).
• Experience across multiple modalities (proteins, enzymes, vaccines, VLPs, gene therapy vectors).
• Expertise in chromatography method development, including automated/high-throughput systems.
• Strong DOE experience for process optimization and data-driven decisions.
• Proficient analytical techniques for purity, potency, and stability assessments.

The estimated salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $115,000/yr. -$145,000/yr.**Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
