Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Drive method development and innovation by supporting the development of cutting-edge analytical method platforms, including HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS, cIEF and binding assays.
  • Deliver independent analytical testing supports a variety of testing platforms in a non-GMP setting, directly enabling R&D Biologics Development programs.
  • Manage and execute projects with minimal supervision, including planning work assignments, analyzing and interpreting test results, and conducting troubleshooting to ensure high productivity and on-time delivery.
  • Communicate scientific finding effectively by drafting technical reports, study protocols, and result summaries, and presenting progress clearly to cross-functional team members.
  • Leverage digital and AI-powered tools to enhance data analysis workflows and accelerate analytical method development.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration by maintaining strong communication with internal colleagues across multiple concurrent projects.
