Job summary

The Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research (CIBMTR) and the Division of Hematology and Oncology at MCW invite applications for a Senior Scientific Director leading the SCTOD contract with HRSA. A minimum 60-70% effort to CIBMTR with possible clinical service within MCW is expected.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in hematology/oncology.
• Unrestricted medical license in Wisconsin or ability to obtain.
• Strong national research productivity portfolio.
• Experience with CIBMTR and data registry work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCTOD HRSA contract as Scientific Director and PI for the SCTOD program.
• Provide scientific leadership to data operations to ensure data quality and appropriate use.
• Collaborate with statisticians and data teams to support CSA and data lifecycle processes.
• Develop understanding of data security and contract obligations; coordinate with MCW and partners.
• Engage with treatment centers and international partners to promote engagement and innovation.

Education

Board certified/board eligible in hematology and/or oncology by the American Board of Internal Medicine
