Job summary

The role requires deep knowledge of clinical trial methodology, regulatory compliance, and excellent English communication. You will oversee study design, timelines, and reporting, partnering with Medical Affairs and other functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the sciences; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical trial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, academia, or equivalent.
• Ability to oversee a clinical research program of moderate complexity with minimal supervision.
• Ability to perform and bring out the best in others on a cross‑functional global team.
• Ability to interact externally and internally to support a global scientific and business strategy.
• Knowledge of clinical trial methodology, regulatory and compliance requirements governing clinical trials and experience in development of clinical strategy and the design of study protocols.
• Must possess excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversight of multiple clinical development programs within the overall product plan.
• Oversee study enrollment and timelines for key deliverables.
• Lead creation and reporting of protocols, Investigator Brochures, and clinical study reports.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial and other functions as needed.
• Represent AbbVie in external meetings and contribute to translational strategies.
