Qualifications

• Five years of related payroll or pension experience.
• Experience using district payroll and personnel systems.
• Ability to maintain payroll records for deductions, salary changes, new hires and terminations.

Responsibilities

• Process timesheets for overtime and related programs.
• Maintain and update payroll wage garnishment files.
• Maintain and update payroll tax shelter files.
• Extract data from payroll software for monthly/quarterly reconciliations.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with students, staff, and community.
• Read, write, speak and understand English sufficiently to perform duties.
• Perform duties assigned by the Payroll Director.
