Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, and six months of food handling, service, preparation and/or cashiering experience.
• Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparing and cooking foods, including baking and preparing sandwiches.
• Collects money for lunches, balances cash drawers, and assists with daily cash reports.
• Serves and replenishes food supply.
• Cleans cafeteria and kitchen areas, including sanitizing and cleaning surfaces.
• Prepares cafeteria for meals, including tray setup and utensil availability.
• Monitors food inventory and counts unused food after meals.
