Job summary

Peraton in Jessup, MD is hiring a Senior Scheduling Support Systems Engineer to join our Cyber Mission business unit. This full-time role supports large enterprise contracts within the Intelligence Community and requires 1880 hours of work annually at a customer location.

The candidate will advise the Government Program Manager in Systems Engineering, support the ESMS and scheduling teams, and maintain the MS Project Server repository.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or related discipline with at least 20 years of systems engineering experience. A Master’s or PhD Degree may be substituted for two years of experience.
• This is a full-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year.
• Microsoft Project expertise
• Position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Advise Government Program Manager in Systems Engineering activities using current DoD and industry best practices.
• Assist the Enterprise Schedule Management Service (ESMS) and the scheduling team with development and maintenance of program and project schedules.
• Maintain the ESMS repository in Microsoft Project Server for programs, projects, and schedule dependencies.
• Work on-site at a customer location; 1880 hours per year.
