Job summary

Loenbro seeks a Regional Scheduling Manager to lead development, governance, and continuous improvement of scheduling across Industrial Services. You will develop schedules, SOPs, and training, partnering with PM, regional ops, estimating, and finance to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include SOP development, templates, schedules, cost integration, and governance. This role requires leadership in training and audits, plus travel to field sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 12–15 years construction industry experience with 6+ years in scheduling or project controls.
• Advanced expertise with Primavera P6 or equivalent enterprise scheduling software.
• Strong knowledge of cost systems and how schedule data maps to cost and billing.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of scheduling SOPs for full project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain master scheduling templates, time-phased budgets, and schedule logic standards.
• Produce and approve detailed project schedules and recovery schedules; ensure resource and cost loading.
• Integrate schedule data with cost and progress reporting for earned value and forecasting.
• Design and deliver training materials for planners, project managers, and schedulers; certify schedule owners.
• Establish and run schedule governance, baselines, change control, and KPIs.
