Job summary

RTX in Andover, MA is seeking a Production Control contributor to manage high-visibility, high-mix areas and enable data-driven forecasting for materials and workforce.

You will collaborate with planning, production control, operations and engineering to meet program goals, ensuring MRP integrity and on-time delivery. Onsite position with DoD clearance requirements and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent plus 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, production control, supply chain, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high visibility, high mix area.
• Perform Material Availability Analysis, tracking, and reporting.
• Provide production floor support including part management and WIP movement.
• Control disposition of nonconforming material and configuration of components.
• Maintain integrity of shop floor, MRP, and inventory systems via KPIs.
• Coordinate piece part movement with subcontractors and Raytheon facilities.
