Job summary

BRG Advisors in San Antonio is seeking an experienced Scheduling Manager to lead CPM scheduling for mission-critical/data center projects. You will drive baseline and forecast schedules using Primavera P6 and coordinate with multi-discipline teams to maintain schedule integrity.

The role requires 8+ years in construction scheduling, strong data center experience, and the ability to develop recovery plans and what-if scenarios.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction scheduling experience
• Must have significant data center/mission-critical construction experience
• Experience with projects valued at $100M+ preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6
• Knowledge of lean planning methodologies and Last Planner System

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling activities for mission-critical/data center projects in the San Antonio market
• Develop and manage CPM baseline and forecast schedules using Primavera P6
• Lead scheduling from RFP launch through substantial completion and turnover
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Estimating, VDC/BIM, Procurement, Commissioning, Field Operations, PM and Executives
• Develop schedule updates, narratives, look-ahead schedules, and executive reports
• Monitor baseline schedules, critical path, milestones, manpower, procurement, and forecast dates
• Identify schedule risk and develop recovery strategies and what-if scenarios
• Support Time Impact Analysis and schedule-claim documentation
• Mentor scheduling personnel as the operation grows
• Train teams in scheduling practices and the company's Scheduling Playbook
