Michels Underground Cable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scheduler to plan, monitor, and maintain comprehensive project schedules for underground cable installations across multiple Michels offices.

The role requires strong scheduling discipline, clear communication, and collaboration with project teams to forecast and drive on‑time performance. The Senior Scheduler will contribute to safe, efficient execution of high‑impact infrastructure projects, with travel up to 25% and a focus on reliable grid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field — or an equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of relevant experience
• 1 - 3 years of experience using Primavera P6 and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license for the type(s) of vehicle driven, with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, monitor, and maintain fully loaded project schedules.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to support accurate forecasting and informed decision‑making.
• Ensure project goals are achieved within defined parameters.
• Communicate effectively to support scheduling and execution activities.
