Job summary

Michels Underground Cable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scheduler to plan, monitor, and maintain comprehensive project schedules across our network of Michels Offices.

You will collaborate with project teams to forecast progress, optimize execution, and drive informed decision-making for complex underground cable projects. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to travel up to 25% to support diverse projects and locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of experience.
• 1–3 years of experience using Primavera P6 and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license for the types of vehicle driven and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

• Plan, prepare, monitor, and maintain fully loaded project schedules to meet goals.
• Collaborate with project teams to support accurate forecasting and informed decision-making.
• Ensure schedules align with project timelines and resource availability.
• Communicate schedule status and risks to stakeholders.
