Job summary

Michels Underground Cable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scheduler to plan, prepare, monitor, and maintain comprehensive project schedules for underground cable projects across diverse sites.

You will collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate forecasting, efficient execution, and informed decision‑making, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Success in this role requires strong critical-thinking, exceptional communication, and the ability to adapt schedules as projects evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of relevant experience
• 1–3 years of experience using Primavera P6 and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicle types used, with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, monitor, and maintain fully loaded project schedules to achieve goals within defined parameters.
• Collaborate with project teams to support accurate forecasting, efficient execution, and informed decision‑making.
• Communicate scheduling status to stakeholders and update schedules as project conditions evolve.
