Job summary

STV is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join the Dallas, TX office within the Project Controls Department. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and analyzing schedules for complex infrastructure and capital programs, partnering with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful delivery.

The senior professional leads scheduling efforts across multiple large-scale projects, provides mentorship to junior schedulers, and applies project controls methodologies to ensure schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project scheduling, project controls, or construction planning.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Strong CPM scheduling techniques and schedule analysis knowledge.
• Experience developing resource-loaded schedules and IMS.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules through lifecycle.
• Create and update resource-loaded CPM schedules using Primavera P6 and other tools.
• Establish baselines, milestones, CPs, WBS, and schedule performance metrics.
• Perform schedule validation to meet requirements and contracts.
• Develop integrated master schedules for complex multi-disciplinary projects.
• Analyze schedules for critical paths, risks, float, and delays.
• Prepare schedule performance reports and client-facing presentations.
• Monitor progress and forecast completion dates.
