Job summary

STV is seeking a Junior Scheduler to join our Project Controls team in our Nashville, TN or Atlanta, GA office. This early career role offers exposure to scheduling, coordination, and document control within project teams.

You will support scheduling efforts while handling document control and project administration tasks, requiring strong organization and clear communication with project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Project Controls or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Exposure to scheduling concepts; Primavera P6 familiarity preferred but not required.
• Willingness to perform document control and project admin duties.
• High organization and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist development and maintenance of project schedules under guidance.
• Provide schedule updates, progress tracking and basic reporting.
• Support documentation using Primavera P6 and related tools.
• Participate in project meetings with schedule-focused input.
• Assist with document control activities and project administration.
