Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Senior Scheduler/Planner in Denton, TX to lead integrated master scheduling across Transmission and Substation programs. You will work with program and project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery using data-driven insights.

Develop IMS, coordinate dependencies, forecast schedules, and report risks to leadership, leveraging MS Project, Primavera P6, and Smartsheet to drive schedule integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in scheduling/planning roles.
  • Strong proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS) for programs and projects.
  • Coordinate dependencies, durations, and sequencing with cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate schedule status, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders.

Ancillary services include wireless telecommunication installation, environmental cleanup, project management, and storm restoration services.The Senior Scheduler/Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated, portfolio-level view of all programs and projects. The Senior Scheduler/Planner partners closely with program managers, project managers, and functional teams to drive schedule integrity, identify risks, and support data-driven decision-making. This role ensures alignment of schedules across the Transmission and Substation portfolio, enabling leadership to understand interdependencies, optimize resource utilization, manage risks, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.The Senior Scheduler/Planner enables Project Teams and leadership to see the full picture of execution across the enterprise.
