Qualifications

This role ensures projects are completed on time and within budget through meticulous scheduling and progress tracking. Job Responsibilities:\*\* \* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other relevant scheduling software for all phases of energy service projects (engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning). \* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and construction teams to gather necessary schedule input and ensure alignment. \* Perform critical path analysis, identify potential schedule risks, and develop mitigation strategies. \* Monitor project progress against baselines, identify variances, and implement corrective actions. \* Prepare and present regular schedule updates, progress reports, and forecasts to project stakeholders and senior management. \* Facilitate schedule review meetings and workshops to ensure all team members understand project timelines and their responsibilities. \* Develop and maintain work breakdown structures (WBS) and activity definitions. \* Conduct "what-if" scenario analysis to evaluate potential impacts of changes or delays. \* Support claims analysis and dispute resolution by providing accurate and detailed schedule information. \* Ensure adherence to company scheduling standards, procedures, and best practices. \* Mentor and provide guidance to junior schedulers or project controls personnel.
