Job summary

Linesight, a global project and cost management consultancy, seeks a Senior Scheduler in Tempe to lead scheduling for complex projects. You will build schedules, define WBS ownership, and coordinate with partners to achieve on-time delivery.

The role requires experience with quantitative risk assessment (QRA), detailed orientation, and a degree in project management or construction; Primavera P6 proficiency is essential. Interviews may be in person or virtual.

Qualifications

• Experience with quantitative risk assessment (QRA) and communicating findings to partners.
• Detailed oriented with strong quality focus.
• Degree in project management or construction or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones and timelines using critical path method.
• Ensure clear responsibility and ownership for all project deliverables is defined via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners for a great client outcome.
• Ensure schedule adheres to the project execution plan and in particular contracting, procurement and project control strategy documents and plans.
• Provide regular updates on schedules progress.
