Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Houston is seeking an experienced Scheduler/Senior Scheduler with oil and gas experience to join our energy team. You will implement scheduling strategies, coordinate WBS/CBS, and manage master schedules across complex projects.

The role requires a minimum of five years in project controls/time management, with upstream exposure strongly preferred. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project is essential, along with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in project controls and time/schedule management.
• Oil and gas experience mandatory, upstream preferred.
• Quality controls and ISO audits experience beneficial.
• Experience delivering scheduling functions within the Energy Sectors.

Responsibilities

• Implement scheduling strategy, plans and procedures.
• Coordinate WBS and CBS development with project teams.
• Prepare integrated planning, scheduling baselines and updates.
• Lead master schedules with resource and cost loading.
• Conduct schedule risk analyses and critical path analysis.
• Produce project status reports and manage vendor/contractor updates.
