Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Phoenix is seeking a Senior Scheduler to support project controls on a large-scale program. You will develop, monitor and update the Project IMS, interface with stakeholders, and prepare baselines for approval.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of scheduling experience within a complex environment, applies earned value management, and ensures data integrity and timely reporting across the project lifecycle. On-site role with large projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience.
• Direct experience working on teams within a complex matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update owners' Project IMS.
• Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large scale capital programs.
• Interface with project stakeholders as trusted advisors to provide guidance and recommendations.
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams.
• Conduct schedule of resource loading and leveling.
• Assess impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities and report to the project team.
• Monitor schedule deviations and variances and assist in developing corrective actions.
• Apply EVM methodology to measure project progress.
• Review schedules with project team members to ensure accurate data for the schedule.
• Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis.
• Maintain record of scope changes, trends and variances affecting schedule performance.
• Maintain liaison with clients and other consultants at all project stages.
