Job summary

ARES Corporation seeks a Senior Scheduler to join the NASA CPSS team at Marshall Space Flight Center. The role supports Artemis missions with onsite duties across Huntsville, AL, Houston, TX, and Cleveland, OH.

You will develop and maintain detailed, logic-driven schedules, create IMS, and perform weekly to monthly health and risk analyses while coordinating with technical POCs and program stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with probabilistic schedule risk analysis and health assessment.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools like Milestones Professional and Acumen Fuse.
• Strong MS Office and MS Project skills; EVM understanding a plus.
• NASA/Aerospace project experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize project schedules per NASA standards.
• Integrate multiple schedules into IMS and support cross-project analysis.
• Prepare schedule status packages and perform what-if analyses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather status and present progress.
• Support weekly to monthly schedule health and risk assessments.
