Job summary

Oscar Construction is partnering with an established construction consultancy to recruit two Senior Schedulers to support hyperscale data center projects in Reno, Nevada. In a client-facing advisory role, you will provide scheduling oversight across complex programs, collaborating with owners, contractors and project teams to monitor progress and protect key milestones.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of construction planning and scheduling experience.
• Strong CPM scheduling and critical path analysis skills.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and reviewing contractor schedules.
• Excellent communication with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and review project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Review and challenge contractor schedules for sequencing and dependencies.
• Conduct critical path and float analysis to identify risks.
• Monitor progress against baselines and report milestones.
• Coordinate look-ahead schedules and recovery plans.
• Present findings to client stakeholders and support milestone protection.
