Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• 5-7 years of scheduling experience or as a Project Engineer.
• Experience with project scheduling in construction/engineering domains.
• Preferred certifications: PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update detailed construction schedules.
• Monitor and resolve negative impacts to critical path schedules.
• Lead project managers, design teams and contractors on monthly progress of work.
• Develop risk assessments and plan risk responses.
• Perform forensic scheduling analysis and schedule validation.
• Support collection and reporting of key project data.
