Job summary

You will drive scheduling tools, review look-ahead schedules, prepare health reports, and coordinate with owners, GC, and subs. Expect 25–50% local travel between office and jobsite in a dynamic project environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a construction scheduler.
• Experience with electrical subcontractors required.
• Ground-up construction experience.
• Healthcare, water and wastewater project experience.
• Experience with owner reps, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Proficient in Primavera and Microsoft Project.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement scheduling tools and processes.
• Review and compare GC issued monthly schedules and 3–6 week look-ahead schedules.
• Update project health reports to project team.
• Develop scheduling requirements using contract as baseline; add tasks per risk level.
• Incorporate changes and perform time impact analysis.
• Produce progress reports (Actual vs Planned).
• Identify risks in weekly schedule comparisons.
• Travel 25-50% locally between office and jobsite.
