Job summary

Daksta is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join a leading contractor delivering complex data center and mission-critical projects. You will develop, maintain, and analyse programmes across multiple high-value assignments, collaborating with clients and delivery teams to drive outcomes.

Strong Primavera P6 expertise, sharp analytical skills, and the ability to manage several projects and stakeholder relationships are essential. Travel with per diem at the GSA rate is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scheduler/Planner within construction environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel as required - per diem provided on the GSA rate.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules across multiple assignments
• Provide programme analysis, including critical path identification, progress tracking, and performance reporting
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure accurate planning and alignment
• Identify risks, delays, and opportunities, providing clear mitigation strategies
• Support project controls functions including reporting, forecasting, and change management
• Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling standards and consultancy best practices
