OCMI, Inc. invites a Senior Scheduler to support a major data center project in Ashburn, VA. The role entails hands-on scheduling and project controls on-site, collaborating with the project team and stakeholders to meet aggressive timelines.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in construction scheduling, strong CPM/Primavera skills, and the ability to travel for site visits. Hybrid or on-site flexibility is available depending on position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction scheduling experience with Primavera P6 (latest version).
• Prior data center experience highly desired.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently create, review, and analyze CPM schedules.
• Develop CPM schedules, baselines, and updates for all project phases.
• Communicate schedule goals clearly to the project team.
