Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of seven years of schedule creation and management experience, preferably in infrastructure.
• Knowledge of schedule management software including Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling and Earned Value Management.
• Ability to integrate schedule with cost data and produce program-level schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, update, and maintenance of Metra's Capital Delivery Master Program Schedule.
• Develop and maintain project schedule templates for all phases.
• Identify training needs and deliver schedule management training to staff.
• Ensure consistency of operations by updating processes and procedures.
• Manage the Schedule Management System within the PMIS and ensure proper data entry and integration.
