Job summary

KBR Careers is seeking a Senior Scheduler to serve as the Government's lead schedule analyst on a major Army Aviation program through Milestone C, production transition, and fielding activities.

You will develop, maintain, and assess Integrated Master Schedules using Primavera P6, conduct schedule diagnostics, and integrate EVM data to support risk mitigation and executive decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting MDAPs/ACAT I Army Aviation programs.
• Minimum 8 years developing, analyzing, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules.
• Expert-level proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), including schedule/cost variance analysis and EAC.
• Experience evaluating contractor schedule performance and providing independent assessments.
• Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes, risk management, and change control.
• Ability to analyze complex program data and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Government's lead schedule analyst through Milestone C, production transition, and fielding activities.
• Develop, maintain, and assess IMS using Primavera P6 and Government-approved tools.
• Conduct independent schedule assessments to identify critical paths, near-critical paths, float erosion, and risks.
• Analyze contractor schedule performance, baseline integrity, and schedule health to identify emerging risks and propose corrective actions.
• Integrate schedule, technical, manufacturing, logistics, and EVM data to provide program execution assessments.
• Develop and brief executive-level reports, dashboards, and recommendations to Program Office leadership.
