Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) in Huntsville seeks a seasoned Scheduling Lead to develop and maintain a Project Master Schedule for an Army Aviation Acquisition Program using Primavera P6.

You will coordinate inputs from multiple groups and ensure schedules reflect critical paths and industry best practices. You will perform trend analyses, risk assessments, and cost/schedule integration while delivering weekly updates and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building and executing master schedules for acquisition programs.
• Must be proficient with Primavera P6 for scheduling.
• Experience with EVM and establishing EACs.
• Experience in life cycle support strategies and required acquisition documentation.
• Ability to manage complex projects and work with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Project Master Schedule for Army Aviation Acquisition Program using Primavera.
• Conduct schedule analyses to ensure logical networks and critical paths are reportable.
• Perform trend analysis, baseline vs current, risk assessments, and health checks.
• Produce custom schedule reports and metrics for stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on schedule recovery plans and cost/schedule integration.
• Update status, variances, and actions; collect monthly progress from groups.
• Lead EVM reporting and Estimates at Completion (EACs).
• Support PPBE processes and integrated scheduling tools.
