Your Impact:
- Responsible for schedule management, analysis, and reporting in support of client programs and projects including design and construction phases of work.
- Responsible for developing, updating and analyzing detailed execution schedules for simultaneous projects and multiple stakeholder schedules.
- Responsible for developing the project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), work packages, and performance measures.
- Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and reporting contractor’s performance.
- Establish baseline schedule: summary and detailed review of baseline durations, logic, resources, costs, cost curves, and resource histograms.
- Identify schedule activities, dependencies, and durations, that control the overall project and critical path.
- Conduct and/or review periodic CPM updates, provide Primavera schedule comparison reports and detailed reviews.
- Perform Earned Value analysis reports
- Review and monitor deviations from baseline, develop recovery options, and coordinate mitigation actions with the project team.
- Schedule Change Management. Review of change orders.
- Perform time impact analyses (TIA) to evaluate and determine the impacts of potential delays.
- Provide recommendations for schedule recovery, conduct recovery schedule reviews, and perform what-if scenario analysis.
- Assess and provide recommendations to resolve schedule, scope changes or delays to the Project Team and Executive Management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 12+ years’ experience in developing and managing CPM project schedules in Primavera.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Building Construction and or project management experience
- Extensive experience and proficiency in Primavera and Microsoft Project.
- Deep understanding of Critical Path Method. Proven track record in developing, updating and analyzing detailed execution schedules for large scale complex projects.
- Ability to anticipate and mitigate potential scheduling issues and communicate and develop contingency plans.
- Advanced skills in Time Impact Analysis (TIAs) and What-if-scenarios
- Experience in Earned Value Management
- Extensive experience in Change Order Management, including merit reviews and time impact assessments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large client multi-stakeholder programs.
- Effective reporting and communication skills.

- Experience in mentoring junior schedulers.
Compensation
Expected Salary: $130,300 - $240,790
