Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Joint Advanced Fires Instructor/Scenario Developer to support the Joint Advanced Fires Qualification Course (JAFQC). The role focuses on designing and executing multidomain exercises in All-Domain Operations to prepare students for follow-on assignments.

Under Joint Staff J6 JFID oversight, you will develop high-fidelity intelligence products, conduct OSINT and SIPR/JWICS briefs, and evaluate exercises as a technical SME.

Qualifications

• 12+ years military leadership experience.
• Top Secret/SCI eligibility required.
• BA/BS required; equivalent operational experience may substitute.
• 24 months Joint Force HQ experience in intelligence or target system analysis.
• Scenario development expertise in road to war, MSELs, OPFOR plans and INTSUMs.
• Minimum 1 year of formal platform instruction; instructor course preferred.
• Exceptional writing and briefing skills to support scenario, intelligence, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in JAFQC scenario development by researching, building realistic multidomain scenarios, and producing on-demand intelligence assessments.
• Produce weekly OSINT and classified briefs to maintain global theater awareness for course faculty.
• Create high-fidelity intelligence products for training, including OPLAN/OPORD annexes, OB assessments, MLCOA/MDCOA analysis, and strategic summaries reflecting the JWC.
• Support the JAFQC Evaluation Team as advisor or SME during exercises and major events.
