Job summary

Value2Biz de Mexico SC is seeking a Senior Patching Engineer to lead enterprise-wide patching and endpoint management using SCCM/MECM and Intune. The role supports thousands of servers and workstations in a healthcare environment.

The incumbent will manage patch cycles, vulnerability remediation, and compliance reporting while collaborating with Infrastructure, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure secure, compliant, and highly available systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint management environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering SCCM/MECM.
• 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft Intune.
• Experience managing patching operations for large-scale environments consisting of servers and endpoints.
• Strong knowledge of SCCM/MECM, Intune, Windows Update for Business, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, Azure AD.
• Experience with vulnerability management platforms such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, or Defender Vulnerability Management.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support enterprise-wide patching, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint management initiatives.
• Administer SCCM/MECM, Intune, and patching for Windows and Linux servers and workstations.
• Develop compliance reporting and dashboards for leadership, IT management, and auditors.
• Create and maintain automation solutions for patching, reporting, and endpoint management.
• Coordinate with Security teams to implement endpoint security and CA strategies.
