Job summary

The Brock Group Inc. is seeking a Craft Lead to supervise a single crew and perform high‑level craft work across our projects in North America.

The role requires promoting Brock’s safety culture, leading toolbox meetings, and ensuring all work aligns with contractor specifications and QA/QC standards. You will plan installations, allocate resources, and maintain accurate time, material, and equipment records while ensuring compliance with safety rules and company policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in craft; or 2 years’ craft experience and 1 year supervisory experience
• Ability to read and understand specifications, such as blueprints, to determine requirements
• Able to effectively communicate with other employees and supervision

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock’s safety culture and compliance with safety rules.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and pre-job safety planning.
• Assign work and monitor man-hours and materials reporting.
• Ensure work follows contractor specs and QA/QC procedures.
