Job summary

The Roar in Tulsa, OK is seeking a SCADA Analyst IV to translate business requirements into scalable SCADA designs, focusing on continuous improvement and lean processes.

You will collaborate across Operations, Engineering, OT, and IT to deliver reliable OT data solutions using ClearSCADA, Kepware, Databricks, SQL, and Python, while mentoring teammates and ensuring timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight years' experience in a SCADA or leadership role, with hands-on work with ClearSCADA, AutoSol, Kepware, and OPC protocols.
• Experience translating business requirements into SCADA design and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of OT data systems, industrial communication protocols, and enterprise data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify requirements and translate into SCADA system specifications and designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members while ensuring projects stay on schedule.
• Collaborate with internal users and external customers to define SCADA requirements and deliver solutions.
• Design and maintain OT data pipelines to deliver reliable data to enterprise platforms.
