• Bachelor's degree required with eight or more years in SCADA or leadership roles.
• Experience with ClearSCADA, AutoSol, Kepware and OPC protocol is required.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex problems and design innovative SCADA solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
• Analyze requirements and develop short/long-term SCADA solutions.
• Coordinate with internal users and external customers for SCADA requirements.
• Recommend SCADA solutions based on business needs within enterprise.
• Design and support OT data pipelines integrating SCADA, ACM, Kepware, MQTT/Sparkplug B, HiveMQ, and edge tech.
• Optimize OT data quality and availability; troubleshoot data issues and performance.
• Develop OT data solutions for reporting, analytics, machine learning and decision making.
• Collaborate across Operations, Engineering, OT and IT to standardize and automate.
