Job summary

RigUp, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced SCADA Analyst IV to translate complex operational needs into robust SCADA system designs.

You will collaborate with business partners to identify requirements and lead the development of scalable data solutions across OT/IT domains. The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least eight years in SCADA or leadership, with hands-on work in ClearSCADA, AutoSol, Kepware, and OPC protocols; strong SQL, Python, and Databricks experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years in SCADA or a leadership role.
• Experience with ClearSCADA, AutoSol, Kepware and OPC protocols.

Responsibilities

• Solves complex SCADA problems with broad perspective.
• Provides technical leadership within a team; mentors members.
• Analyzes requirements and develops SCADA solutions to meet business needs.
• Coordinates with internal users and customers to understand SCADA requirements.
• Recommends SCADA solutions based on business needs within an enterprise.
• Designs and supports OT data pipelines to deliver data to enterprise platforms.
• Optimizes data quality and availability through troubleshooting and tuning.
• Develops and maintains OT data solutions for reporting, analytics, ML, and business decisions.
• Collaborates across Operations, Engineering, OT, IT to drive standardization and automation.
• Other duties as assigned
