CLP Engineering, the SCADA/ADMS specialist within City Light & Power, is seeking a seasoned SCADA Engineer to design, implement, and optimize SCADA/HMI, RTU, PLC, and communications for utility-scale projects.

You will collaborate across teams, maintain cyber security, and provide documentation and mentoring, with travel up to 25%.

A PE license and 8+ years relevant experience are desired; this role is based in Denver, CO.

Formación

• Must hold a relevant bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.
• 8+ years in SCADA/Automation with 2+ years in substation distribution.
• PE license or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, program, and deploy SCADA hardware and software components (HMIs, RTUs, PLCs).
• Ensure SCADA systems meet standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Implement cybersecurity measures for SCADA systems.
• Diagnose and resolve SCADA malfunctions and perform maintenance.
• Analyze real-time and historical data for trends and issues.
• Document configurations, diagrams, and procedures.
• Provide lifecycle engineering from concept to integration.
• Gain knowledge of power system protection and relaying.
• Act as main contact for projects and review processes.
• Mentor junior engineers.
