Job summary

Invenergy LLC is seeking a SCADA Engineer to maintain and extend SCADA infrastructure across a large fleet of renewable energy projects in North America, Latin America, and Europe. You will collaborate with multiple engineering groups to ensure reliable data delivery and system performance.

You will serve as a technical lead, mentor peers, and help drive scalable architecture while navigating regulatory considerations influencing field devices and data networks.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of industry experience supporting renewable energy generation equipment.
• Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for OEM hardware and software capabilities.
• Work with Performance Analytics and Availability Engineering to validate system modifications and maintain operation of generation equipment.
• Support operating facilities and the Invenergy Control Center with upkeep/troubleshooting of field equipment.
• Drive system reliability improvements through analytical and creative problem solving.
• Lead technical resolutions via discussions with OEMs/integrators and other engineering functions.
• Mentor team members on new SCADA technologies, tools, processes and standards.
• Identify the impact of regulatory requirements on field devices/systems.
