Job summary

Invenergy LLC is seeking a SCADA Engineer to maintain and expand SCADA infrastructure across a large renewable energy portfolio in North America, Latin America, and Europe. You will lead SME efforts, work with OEMs, and support the control center to ensure reliable data and control of wind, solar, storage and related assets.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience supporting renewable energy generation equipment.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for OEM hardware and software capabilities.
• Validate system modifications and maintain operation of generation equipment.
• Support facilities and the Invenergy Control Center with upkeep/troubleshooting of field equipment.
• Improve SCADA reliability to drive overall performance.
• Mentor team members on SCADA technologies, tools, processes and standards.
• Identify pending renewable energy platforms and software versions that may resolve issues or pose new challenges.
• Identify regulatory impacts on operating field devices/systems.
