Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior SCADA Engineer to lead SCADA and PPC engineering for utility-scale solar and battery storage projects. This position offers flexibility to work fully remote or hybrid with some in-office duties in Bend, OR.

Ideal candidates will have 6-8 years of experience, a strong background in SCADA engineering, and proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, and Python. The role also emphasizes collaboration with teams and developing junior engineers.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of engineering experience in renewable energy preferred.
• Direct experience in SCADA engineering is essential.
• Ability to work with sub-contractors and field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and commissioning of SCADA systems for renewable energy projects.
• Define and implement SCADA design standards.
• Provide expert-level technical support for SCADA issues.
