Job summary

MLGW is seeking a SCADA Application Specialist 3 to apply advanced engineering principles to SCADA/EMS systems supporting electric, gas, and water networks in Memphis, TN. The role focuses on design, coding, testing, and documentation of software changes, with emphasis on reliability and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years’ SCADA/EMS experience, a degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, and a valid driver’s license. NIMS training within one year is required.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced SCADA/EMS engineering principles for GUI, models, databases, alarms and RTUs.
• Design, code, test, and document software changes for SCADA applications.
• Ensure adherence to NERC/CIP standards across utility systems.
• Maintain cybersecurity and administer SCADA hardware, software and OS.
