Job summary

Oracle US seeks a Senior Engineer, SCADA and Controls Engineering to standardize and deploy BMS, EPMS, BAS and SCADA across a global data center portfolio. You will design, validate, and commission controls systems to ensure high availability and scalable AI infrastructure.

You will collaborate with design/build, operations, and vendors, contribute to standards, perform design reviews, and support commissioning, lifecycle management, and cybersecurity for OT networks.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in data center engineering, mission-critical infra, or industrial control systems.
• Experience designing, integrating, or deploying BMS/BAS/EPMS/SCADA in complex facilities.
• Knowledge of controls architectures, field instrumentation, and historians.
• Familiarity with industrial protocols such as BACnet/IP, Modbus TCP, OPC UA, MQTT.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and vendors.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of BMS, BAS, EPMS, and SCADA systems for new builds and retrofits.
• Contribute to standards, reference designs, and engineering specifications for controls.
• Assist with topology, tagging, alarming, and historian requirements in controls architectures.
• Collaborate with mechanical/electrical teams to integrate controls with infrastructure.
• Support commissioning, validation, and lifecycle management of controls and SCADA.
