Qualifications

• Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust.
• Experience with Linux/Unix.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build processes.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a high bandwidth, low earth orbit communications satellite constellation.
• Document expectations and provide quick feedback to improve performance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate system-level operations.
• Define test plans and procedures for satellite testing based on identified requirements.
• Implement and optimize RF lab set-ups and analyze RF link budgets.
• Interpret test results, troubleshoot issues.
• Shepherd payload subsystems through test campaigns.
