Job summary

GCS Recruitment seeks a Senior Hardware Development Engineer to design, test, debug, and validate complex electronic boards for advanced satellite communication hardware systems. You will lead bring-up activities, perform root-cause analyses, and verify designs across development and manufacturing stages.

Applicants should have hands-on experience with high-speed interfaces (DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, SerDes), FPGA/ASIC familiarity, and proficiency with lab instruments. A degree in EE is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong hands-on hardware debugging and validation experience.
• Experience with board bring-up and failure analysis.
• Familiarity with high-speed digital interfaces (DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, SerDes).

Responsibilities

• Lead board bring-up activities for newly fabricated hardware.
• Perform hardware debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Execute design verification and validation testing.
• Support high-speed interfaces and communication systems.
• Collaborate with design engineers to resolve issues and improve revisions.
• Support products through development to manufacturing.
• Document test results and validation findings.
